Test using your compatible equipment
Use your own compatible CPET system, currently based on an electronically braked cycle ergometer, with your local safety processes. Treadmill protocols are not currently accepted

Submit the required study files through your governed clinic account after onboarding and required agreement steps are complete

Use a simple pre-upload check so the submitted study is complete, internally consistent, and ready for clinical review
Quality review checklist
- Stable exercise cadence and a documented workload signal
- An effort assessment appropriate to the test and clinical question
- Clean breath-by-breath or averaged data without excessive noise or dropout
- Documented protocol deviations, if any
- Equipment calibration confirmation for the test session
- Mask fit and leak review at higher workloads
- A stable resting baseline before exercise
Also verify the entered patient data
Height, weight, and other demographics affect predicted values and derived measures. Confirm that the original electronic report is used when a scanned or image-only file cannot provide the required text layer
